Weekly Menu Subscription FAQs

The Weekly Menu meals are excellent. Can I share the Weekly Menu PDF with friends and family?

No. We ask that you not share the Weekly Menu. Although, we certainly encourage you to prepare the meals for friends and family as often as possible. We’d also encourage you to tell your friends and family about the TasteBuds Weekly Menu service so that they can subscribe, too.

How much does it cost?

The Weekly Menu is $10 per week and renews weekly. But you can take advantage of discounted rates by electing longer subscription periods. A four-week subscription is $9.50 per week or $38.00. A 12-week subscription, the best value, is only $8.50 per week or $102.00 — that’s a 15 percent savings!

The recipes are great. Can I post them on my Blog, Web site, or Facebook page?

No. We ask that you not publish the Weekly Menu in any form. But, we do encourage you to tell your friends and family about the TasteBuds Weekly Menu service so that they can subscribe, too.

Can I get a replacement for one of the Weekly Menu meals?

The Weekly Menu is offered as is, but the grocery list is numbered so that you can cross off ingredients if you choose to skip one of the meals.

What if I have a specialized diet (Weight Watchers, vegetarian, diabetic, etc.)?

Contact us, and we will be happy to work with your dietary needs.

When will I get the Weekly Menu?

The Weekly Menu is delivered via e-mail every Friday between noon and 8 PM.

How can I renew my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your elected subscription period until you actively cancel it through PayPal’s Web site.

What’s in the Weekly Menu?

The TasteBuds Weekly Menu includes a list of five meals and corresponding side dishes. There is a recipe and cooking instructions for each meal and side dish. There is also a convenient grocery list that includes all of the items needed for all five meals and sides.

I didn’t get the e-mail after I subscribed. What do I do?

Your e-mail service may have blocked our Weekly Menu delivery as SPAM or Junk Mail. Please check your Junk Mail folder, if you have one. Also add “[email protected]” to your list of trusted e-mail addresses. This is sometimes called a “White List,” “Safe List” or “Safe Senders List.” For specific instructions, see your e-mail service’s Help feature.

If you continue to have trouble, Contact Us and include your Name, Order ID and a brief explanation. Please do not include credit card information or PayPal usernames and/or passwords in your message.

I can’t open the Weekly Menu’s attached PDF file. What do I do?

You will need the Adobe Reader or comparable software to open, view and print the Weekly Menu. Adobe Reader is free and available here.

How to I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by visiting PayPal’s Web site. You will need to first log in with the username and password associated with your PayPal Subscription. Under the “My Account” tab, click “Profile.” Under the “Financial Information” heading, click “My preapproved payments.” Your subscriptions will be listed here. Click the active TasteBuds subscription. On the subscription details page, click “Cancel” above the Payment details and follow the instructions. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation. Remember that you will continue to receive the Weekly Menu until your elected subscription period ends.

I cancelled my subscription early. Do I get a refund?

No. You will continue to get the Weekly Menu until the end of the elected subscription period. Your subscription will not automatically renew if you have cancelled.

I forgot my PayPal username or password. Can you send it to me?

No. TasteBuds does not have access to your secure PayPal username or password. Please visit PayPal’s Web site and use its Username and/or Password management features to reset or retrieve your profile information.

Can I change my subscription period?

You can only change your elected subscription period by canceling your first subscription through PayPal and waiting until that subscription period ends. You can then subscribe again through our Web site and elect a new subscription period.
